Please note that due to anti money laundering regulations 2017 Phoenix do require proof of ownership before marketing can begin.

10% fixed monthly fee and 50% of the first months rent (for marketing, tenant vetting and all legal documentation including a fully compliant tenancy agreement).
For landlords who prefer a completely stress free experience knowing that the fully qualified Phoenix team will be available 24 hours a day to deal with every aspect of the management of your property.

50% of the first month's rent.
